But he was saying that I say everything & to be careful to other patients or people. I wonder if it was also through cellphones technology that they are tracking me?? Why do I keep getting revuctimezed I was awarded the funds 3 times despite that I have not received real help they gave me a list of shelters after the trial I lost my job never got any thing back I was told to move out never got relocation I was. Raped at 9 yes old never got counseling my car was stolen just got the letter of it being revived went to police sta to on never found I was revuctimezed I tried talking with victim advocate she told me not to say anything to her because she didn't want to have to testify on my behalf and so much more I was abandoned by my counselor that was appointed to me that that was going to be getting paid through victims of crime but because I was already seeing another therapist for my childhood traumas and my daily traumas for my third victimization she said I couldn't see her have the crimes against me not been sufficient or I don't count I don't matterbecause it's 2019 I've been struggling with the same thing and I keep getting awarded but at the time that you're going to the to the recovering or you're going through the trying to put the pieces together and trying to be cooperative with law enforcement you don't have time to actually think of what what what needs to be given to you for help you're too busy trying to see what the de need what the police need everything except what you need until after the math

My commentary From the behalf of men whom truly have acted upon their immediate environments eventually they weren't licensed or carried credentials towards the permitted acceptance of social standards where liabilities are insured and protected by all means. ....... And yet never fail to be another statistical # added to the corrections department of this state. I'm glad to say parole discharge can be accomplished. But for what purpose.....? When most local officials/officers continue to be biased as well as the neighbors whom can influence and continue to assume it's better for "the racially classified" be made an example of in loosing property and opportunity in recovering that such loss of property which brought some comfort or easement from the afflictions of the better social class. And to that chapter of class which created justice proceedings...I still yet have not been recognized by VOC when i fell to gun-violence as a minor!! Then when i was 19 yrs-old and not legally cognizant of the law, a very close friend(female) of mine was murdered in a drive-by shooting. She was an innocent victim enrolled in El Camino College as a student. Being there to witness the horrible tragedy wasn't an easy thing to survive, nobody wants to go through what happens to people following such tragedy. Law-enforcement even become rivals were before they weren't even something to worry about. Now I'm 36, and too experienced in the survival classified identity, of being disregarded for financial compensations to live on. Reputations of being "trash" by society is one thing, but when it comes from our culturally acquainted people it hurts literally and most of the time physically. Yet, I'm still alive even after being left for dead the years after the murder of my dear friend, due to the court-involved history. I became a true victim of retaliation by way of gun-violence, yet i survived it. The way i was able to survive being left for dead, wasn't by some protected papers or securities which are supposedly reserved for the people whom qualify to be victim-compensated. I payed a 17yr visit to the cemetery where my friend was buried earlier this year, and my thoughts gathered around the facts of how life becomes neglected due to trauma and not because of the let-downs of our governments protections. I now hold a duo-citizenship status. The more neglect i receive from those in position to compensate the more i have been towards the learning of who can be better for compensative dedication. I have been struggling to obtain services through this program. While I’ve been able to get some help from this program, most of my experience has been very frustrating and difficult. I feel like this is not honest information. How do they expect us to get the treatments we need if the victim is expected to pay the thousands of dollars up front and possibly be reimbursed if the claim is approved? I don’t have the funds to pay for the treatments I so very badly need and it doesn’t seem like anyone can tell me anything other than I can pay first with funds I do not have and maybe they will reimburse them at some point in the future if I can ever come up with them. I wish services were not so hard to get because I’m just going to give up as I can’t deal with this added stress. I guess victims are not as important as they want one to believe. Maybe they just use the money lead donors to believe a good story so they donate to the program that doesn’t really help the victims as they say they do. SMH. This shouldn’t be as it is.

I was stabbed over 30 times by a crazy person the day before I was to start a new job. I had nothing" so thats what I got from vcp. They REIMBURSED what I spent. Since I had no money to pre-purchase wound dressing. food. Rent. Everything. Couldnt even get unemployment be cause I couldnt work. No disability cause I hadnt paid in. If I had funds to buy it, and was able to wait weeks for reimbursment, then its great. Just like everything else now days if you got moolah. My advice is dont get crimed against until you can afford it.

2014 Being discriminated by the sherriff arrested beat then charge a DUI? I lost my job i lost the respect of my family in 2014 to then in 2017 i had a calling someone i knew was gonna do a shooting i stopped him. When i was held at gun point and i saw the officers walked by and i yelled officer he has a gun. I tried my best to helped him. If i say anything hel come and get me i saw where he kept his two modify rifles. When he denied about the two rifles he started looking at me i said their on his guitar case. The sherriff department who beat me up unnecessary it's the one i looked like i helped but i was there because God wanted me there so no one got hurt to the being put in the victims program...the same sherriff denied me relocation now I'm getting death threats had no choice.. but to leave i wasn't looking for no recognition and i got called it was the guy telling me that it was my fault his guns where gun.to then i realize the court continue my case during the time i was gun

I got approved as I was in acoma 2 months, broke many bones and now paralyzed. Thia was due to a drunk driver which died on the scene and although he died I'm left struggling every day so it's hard to forgive but I'm working on it as opposed to being the mad man I was every day.

I got shot in my bladder and large intestine on Jan.20th.2021 for the 1st time in oakland in my own community. I just got released from highland hospital recently in February after surgery and im wondering what do i do now? My V.o.c. application is awaiting approval. Idk if I'll be able to work in my condition. Idk what to do abt generating income now that cant work until i heal.

I would suggest that your office starts helping victims. Not just ignore them and give them excuses.
